Leadership St. Tammany Application

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Limit answers to space available.
  2. Since program communications are done electronically, participants must have an e-mail address.
  3. One letter of recommendation will be accepted, to be emailed to Apply@LeadershipStTammany.org with your name in the subject line within 24 hours of application submission.
  4. Due to the program’s financial and time requirements, a letter of approval must be provided by applicant’s employer, if applicable. The letter should be emailed to Apply@LeadershipStTammany.org with your name in the subject line within 24 hours of application.
  5. A photograph less than 500k in size in JPG format must be uploaded with this application.
  6. Applicants must submit a $100 application fee (refundable if not selected). This fee becomes non-refundable if selected participant withdraws after the introduction of the class. Submit payment online or by mail to: LST, P.O. Box 9072, Mandeville, LA 70471.
  7. No other attachments will be considered.
  8. The date for the mandatory class retreat is Friday, August 19 – Sunday, August 21, 2016.

 

Thank you for your interest in applying for Leadership St. Tammany. We accept applications from January 1 – April 30 of each year for a class from August through June.
